Ingredients
  

  • ✔️ 1 cup roasted unsalted peanuts
  • ✔️ 6 oz high-quality chocolate dark, milk, or white, chopped
  • ✔️ 1 tsp coconut oil optional, for smoother chocolate
  • ✔️ 1/4 tsp sea salt optional, for extra flavor

Instructions
 

1️⃣ Melt the Chocolate:

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chopped chocolate in 20-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. Alternatively, use a double boiler over low heat.
  • Stir in coconut oil if using, to create a silkier texture.

2️⃣ Coat the Peanuts:

  • Add the roasted peanuts to the melted chocolate and stir until they are fully coated.

3️⃣ Arrange for Setting:

  • Using a fork, lift the peanuts out individually for separate chocolate-covered pieces, or drop small clusters onto a parchment-lined baking sheet for chocolate peanut clusters.
  • Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.

4️⃣ Chill to Set:

  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm.

5️⃣ Enjoy & Store:

  • Once set, transfer to an airtight container and store at room temperature for 2 weeks or in the fridge for up to a month.
